В свою очередь, вице-премьер Юрий Трутнев, губернатор Белгородской области Вячеслав Гладков, глава Ингушетии Махмуд-Али Калиматов, губернатор Краснодарского края Вениамин Кондратьев, глава ДНР Денис Пушилин, губернатор Амурской области Василий Орлов, глава Кировской области Александр Соколов и губернатор Курганской области Вадим Шумков не вошли в обновленный состав президиума.
