Кузьминский суд Москвы продлил срок ареста администратора Telegram-канала "Адские бабки" Александры Баязитовой, которая обвиняется в вымогательстве у топ-менеджера Промсвязьбанка.
Помимо Баязитовой, по этому делу были арестованы еще двое администраторов Telegram-канала "Адские бабки" — Ольга Архарова и Инна Чурилова. Архарова признала свою вину частично, Чурилова — в полном объеме и раскаялась в содеянном. Ее позже перевели под домашний арест. Баязитова вину не признала.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
