Власти составили перечень рекомендаций для отечественных работодателей, где указано более 60 вариантов оказания помощи сотрудникам с детьми. Документ создавался Министерством труда РФ, Федерацией независимых профсоюзов России (ФНПР) и Российским союзом промышленников и предпринимателей (РСПП).
После того как проект обсудят на заседаниях региональных комиссий, в которых будут принимать непосредственное участие и сами работодатели, его при необходимости скорректируют. Реализация проекта, по предположению его создателей, должна способствовать росту числа браков, рождению детей и укреплению «приоритетов традиционных семейных ценностей».
На сегодняшний день в перечень входят рекомендации для обеспечения социальной поддержки, а также «по содействию в совмещении рабочих и семейных обязанностей, по укреплению и популяризации семейных ценностей и по заботе о здоровье сотрудников и их детей».
