1) не делайте ничего массового и связанного с заработком на Звездах, если там можно присесть на комиссии и выплачивать в звездах или ТОН. Все крупные ниши Телеграм займет сам или через своих партнеров, вы останетесь в луже с высокой вероятностью.
2) делать узкоспециализированные решения под ниши обьемом в миллионы или десятки миллионов — можно. Скорее всего до них ТГ не доберется.
3) делать нишевые специализированные профессиональные продукты - можно. Телеграм в это не полезет тоже, а с их «партнерами» конкурировать все-таки реально.

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
