▪ Губернатор Курской области Алексей Смирнов сообщал о ракетной опасности в 14:32 по Мск, отбой тревоги был объявлен в 15:19. Также он утверждал, что две ракеты были сбиты.

▪ 19 ноября ВСУ впервые применили американские дальнобойные ракеты ATACMS по международно признанной территории России. Это произошло после того, как СМИ сообщили, что Байден разрешил такие удары. Тогда целью был склад боеприпасов около города Карачев в Брянской области.

▪ The Times утверждает, что Великобритания разрешила Украине атаковать РФ британскими Storm Shadow после аналогичного разрешения США на применение ATACMS.
