Раньше эта стеклянная халабуда на берегу была только местом временных мероприятий, которые оплачиваются бюджетным баблом, всякие там «Балы прессы» и прочие показы, а теперь это будет постоянный договор аренды и, очевидно, чтобы два раза не вставать, обслуживания. Очень удобно: ничего не делаешь, а денежка каждый месяц капает. И год капает, и два, и больше.
