Суд по итогам моего сегодняшнего задержания на Красной площади завершился. Судья Тверского районного суда Москвы Орехова признала меня виновным по ч.5 ст. 20.2 КоАП РФ в проведении якобы несанкционированного мероприятия на главной площади страны (хотя на самом деле я участвовал в согласованной акции вместе с депутатами от КПРФ) и назначила 40 часов обязательных работ. Буду обжаловать данное постановление в апелляционной инстанции, считаю это актом запугивания накануне выборов президента
