Если проводить честные выборы, то действующий президент на время избирательной кампании должен уйти в отпуск и в одинаковых условиях с другими кандидатами вести агитацию, в том числе - обязательно участвовать в дебатах. Однако наш Центризбирком об этом даже не заикается. Путин продолжает исполнять свои президентские обязанности и практически каждый день проводит какие-то мероприятия, которые в огромных объемах освещаются во всех СМИ. При этом формально такая информация не считается предвыборной агитацией.
