Следственным отделом по Углегорску СУ СКР по Сахалинской области по факту нападения безнадзорных собак на 7-летнюю девочку на ул. Инженерной возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность). Напомним, очередное нападение псов случилось 11 июля.
По уголовному делу проводятся неотложные следственные действия, устанавливаются все обстоятельства произошедшего, степень вреда, причинённого здоровью ребёнка.
В ходе расследования уголовного дела будет дана оценка действиям лиц, ответственных за обращение с животными без владельцев, а также приняты меры профилактического характера, рассказали в областном следкоме.
