Все понимают, что со статусом главы СП он вряд ли сможет эту функцию выполнить. Но если он получит новый статус, например, в Госдуме, то обретет большую самостоятельность и независимость (пока у него должность назначаемая, а не выборная)», — отметил Баширов @politjoystic.
