«В свободное от учебы время по вечерам могут навестить. В пределах частей есть места для свиданий. На месте военнослужащие узнают у своих командиров, можно ли к ним приедут родственники. Когда же они попадут в действующие подразделения [в зону СВО], их никак уже нельзя будет навещать», — рассказал Голиков.

Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
