В церемонии приняли участие председатель комитета по государственному строительству и законодательству Госдумы Федерального Собрания РФ Павел Крашенинников, губернатор Свердловской области Евгений Куйвашев, председатель ЗакСо Свердловской области Людмила Бабушкина, глава Екатеринбурга Алексей Орлов, заместитель Генерального директора Судебного департамента при Верховном Суде РФ Егор Игнащенко и председатель Свердловского областного суда Владимир Дмитриев.
