Это удорожание госконтракта, про источник финансирования которого надо спросить с начальника минстроя Коми сейчас, а не потом: -дополнительные деньги должны быть раньше сезонных работ, иначе красивая дата сдачи моста может легко превратиться из 2024 в 2025 и далее, к чему нам, в прочем, не привыкать.
