Не знаю, изучал ли он матчасть, но выдал истину. Разрушение международного права началось именно с бомбёжек Сербии в 1999-м. А добило его признание Западом отторжения Косово, ставшего следствием этих бомбёжек.
А ополчился Запад на сербов потому, что видит в них проводников русского влияния в Европе. Неприязнь к ним - это продолжение русофобии.
Да, весь современный беспредел в международных отношениях пошёл оттуда. Корень там. Если до Трампа и Маска это дойдёт, и они решат косовский вопрос с учётом интересов сербов - есть шанс, что хоть что-то изменится к лучшему.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
