Свое мастерство ребятам продемонстрировали тренеры-преподаватели профильного отделения Спортивной школы № 11 Ринат Гадилов и Григорий Сидуганов. Дети познакомились с азами техники киокушин, попробовав выполнить несколько несложных упражнений и приемов.
Рад, что юным любителям спорта понравился мастер-класс, ведь одной из главных задач адаптивного спорта является социальная адаптация и повышение качества жизни через занятия физической культурой.
