❗В Актау упал самолёт, летевший из Баку в Грозный

Количество выживших в авиакатастрофе увеличилось до 28 человек. Среди них трое детей. Всех доставили в Мангистаускую областную больницу. Главное к этому часу:

— Embraer 190 азербайджанских авиалиний AZAL доложил об отказе системы управления ВС и подал сигнал бедствия в 8:35. В 8:49 экипаж пошёл на незапланированную посадку. В 9:28 борт столкнулся с землей в аэропорту Актау. Погибли минимум 10 человек.

— Самолёт летел из Баку в Грозный.

— На борту находились 16 россиян, 37 граждан Азербайджана, 6 — Казахстана и 3 Киргизии.

— Разбившийся Embraer 190 выпустили в 2013 году в Бразилии. Тогда же его взяла в лизинг Azerbaijan Airlines. Все эти года борт летал в Россию (например, Волгоград, Казань, Самара, Грозный и так далее). Серьёзных ЧП с ним не было.

— Президент Азербайджана Алиев возвращается в Баку из России с саммита СНГ в связи с крушением самолета AZAL.

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
