Как стало известно ВЧК-ОГПУ, Главный военный прокурор внес представление министру обороны Сергею Шойгу после проведения проверки ситуации со строительством военных объектов. В ГВП отмечают, что в настоящее время не исполнены свыше 1,5 тысяч контрактов (83%) от общего числа, среди них контракты на возведение особо значимых объектов систем ядерного сдерживания, предупреждения о ракетном нападении, единой космической системы и т.д. За год пока идет СВО почти в два раза (с 66 до 107) выросло число уголовных дел, связанных с хищение бюджетных средств, выделенных на возведение объектов обороны. Ущерб по делам вырос. Согласно судебным решения предприятия, получившие бюджетные средства и не выполнившие своих обязательств, должны вернуть Минобороны 186 млрд рублей, но выплатили в 2022 году лишь 1,3 млрд рублей.
