Такое решение вынес Хабаровский краевой суд по иску Минюста.

Партия не предоставляла информацию о продолжении своей деятельности, численности и месте нахождения руководящего органа. Хотя должна была сделать это до 15 апреля 2021 года.
Согласно пункту 2 статьи 27 ФЗ «О политических партиях», раз в 3 года партии обязаны предоставлять подобную информацию. Сам же председатель краевой ячейки "партии Титова" Максим Мележик возглавляет небольшую фирму ООО "Компьютерные Специалисты" по ремонту компьютеров.
