Синоптики говорят, что январь был настолько теплым, что трижды побил температурные рекорды. Первый рекорд был установлен в 1930 году, тогда 6 января в Бурятии было -3,4 градуса. Второй рекорд установили в 1995 -3,4 градуса. В этом январе среднесуточная температура была на 7-25 градусов выше привычной.
