Совсем неясно, собирается ли на это реагировать мэр Саратова Михаил Исаев? Или он так занят своим политическимбудущим, что на исполнение обязанностей нет времени. Неужели к «собачьему вопросу» подключаться врио главы региона РомануБусаргину?
