Жители областного центра пожаловались на аварийное здание по улице Кутякова. Каждый день с него осыпается фасад и падают кирпичи на тротуар. Пока что обошлось без жертв, но такими темпами они скоро будут.
Власти уже обещали включить обрушающийся дом в программу капитального ремонта, но это так и не произошло.
Очевидно, что займутся решением проблемы только после очередного ЧП, когда кирпич прилетит кому-то на голову.
