5 марта 2024 года Ленинский суд Бреста начнет судить по ст.342 УК (Действия, грубо нарушающие общественный порядок) шесть человек. Это Шамшорик Виталий Николаевич, Иванец Денис Олегович, Снегирев Дмитрий Николаевич, Савчук Дмитрий Андреевич, Солодуха Алексей Сергеевич, Юзвук Илья Олегович.
Про большую часть этих людей у нас есть данные, что они уже давно были на примете у силовиков.
Например, Иванец Денис задерживался еще в 2021 году, ему хотели вменить ч.1 ст.293 УК (Организация беспорядков). Видимо, из-за милицейского видео, где Иванец подходил к двум мужчинам, что-то говорил, а те побежали в сторону омоновцев. Только вот по нашей информации, Иванец просил их уйти: "Не сидите тут, стреляют же".
