Когда именно прошел суд над Дмитрием — неизвестно. В интернет-расписании Брестоблсуда такое заседание не значилось. Однако дело появилось в расписании Верховного суда (где сегодня рассматривали апелляцию на приговор).
Мужчине предъявляли ч.1 ст.361-4 УК РБ (Содействие экстремистской деятельности) и ст.358 УК РБ (Шпионаж). Приговор Дмитрию, как и суть обвинений против мужчины неизвестна.
