Сегодня, 31 мая, в Московском суде Бреста гособвинение запросило следующие сроки по ч.1 ст.342 УК для 13 обвиняемых: 🔻 Храпко Александр (содержится под стражей) — 1 год лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима (плюс учесть неотбытый 1 месяц лишения свободы по решению другого суда, получится 1 год и 1 месяц); ▪️ Полховский Илья — 2 года "химии" (т.е. ограничение свободы сроком на 2 года с направлением в ИУОТ); ▪️ Онискевич Андрей— 1 год 6 месяцев "химии"; ▪️ Лойко Елена и Чугунова Галина — 2 года "домашней химии" (т.е. ограничение свободы сроком без направления в ИУОТ); ▪️ Немирский Андрей, Смирнова Екатерина, Уваров Никита, Ништ София, Курганов Дмитрий, Ксенжук Сергей и находящиеся под стражей Медушевский Радион и Винокуров Игорь— 1 год 6 месяцев "домашней химии".

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
