Ну что, рислинг Мысхако, день второй.🙂 Бутылка ночевала у балконной двери, под вакуумной пробкой. Действительно, что-то ГСМное в аромате появилось, не очень яркое, но есть. Во вкусе стала солировать кислотность. Цитрусовая горчинка, появлявшаяся вчера в послевкусии, практически исчезла.🤷♂️ На мой взгляд вино стало более питким. Наверное, есть смысл вернуться к нему летом, или даже позже.
