Как мы уже отмечали ранее, повестки с региональных порталов порталов на данный момент не порождают юридической обязанности явки.
Электронные повестки по-прежнему могут рассылаться только через автоматизированную систему военкоматов, используя «Единый реестр воинского учета».
Поэтому, независимо от запуска «Единого реестра воинского учета», статус «московских» и других региональных повесток останется «уведомлением» о направлении повестки (так же, как и сообщение на портале Госуслуг).
