Учитывая, что прибрежные области гораздо меньше пострадали от 13-летней гражданской войны, ресурсов, которые можно поделить, там гораздо больше — от заначек "на черный день" до бизнес-активов. Так что подобные "операции" будут проводиться регулярно.
