👆В продолжение вопроса об озере у деревни Протопоповка, города Ульяновска: земельный участок, который Александр Болдакин передал без торгов ТОСу, был окончательно сформирован в ноябре 2024 года, при этом часть земельного участка захватывает территории водного объекта озера. Возникает вопрос: не подставляют ли ответственные лица в администрации за земельные вопросы Болдакина? Или они «работают» на серых кардиналов? Да, официально все говорят, что это земля под благоустройство парка ТОСа. Однако кто мешает вести благоустройство береговой зоны озера без захвата его? Да и земли достаточно рядом, чтобы создать любой парк. Мы подаём заявление в прокуратуру, чтобы проверили законность формирования данного земельного участка. #экодозор73
