Прошла очередная приемная по вопросам СВО в Вологде. О такой форме работы с семьями и участниками СВО в областной столице знают многие, если не сказать- все. Как показывает практика, из районов и округов региона ездят тоже активно. Люди приходят со своей бедой, за помощью, за советом. Работать она стала весной 2023 года. Работает она еженедельно по средам с 17:30 ( Вологда, ул. Каменный мост, д.4, каб.7) и ежедневно по телефону приемной (тел: 8(8172) 72-96-70). Дополнительно предусмотрен ее выездной формат. В целом в 2024 году прошло 49 Социальных приемных для участников СВО и членов их семей, в т.ч. 6 выездных, из них 3 с участием Мэра города Вологды. Поступило 427 обращений, что составило 614 вопросов. По состоянию на 17 февраля 2025 года в Социальную приемную для участников СВО и членов их семей поступило 103 обращения, что составило 137 вопросов, из них отработано 94 обращения (126 вопросов), в работе 9обращений (11 вопросов). But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
