В Коломне на днях прошел 1й научно-просветительский лекторий ИСТОРИЯ.РФ. Серьезное мероприятие, будем повторять. Выступали Н.Таньшина, Д.Конаныхин, К.Назаренко и др., все их лекции есть на RUTUBE-канале ИСТОРИЯ.РФ

Наконец, приглашаю на свою лекцию в Москве «Русская армия XVII века» в эту субботу, в 19.30. Все сборы от билетов идут на медикаменты для наших раненых бойцов СВО. Дело святое.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
