Количество преступлений в этой сфере растет: в 2023 году их число увеличилось на 79,6%, за 7 месяцев 2024 года — в 2,8 раза к аналогичному периоду прошлого года. Такие данные приводит МВД.
Принятым решением устанавливается: полученное в результате организации незаконной миграции, — деньги, имущество и ценности — подлежит конфискации.
Этот закон стал12-мс начала 2024 года из числа направленных на совершенствование миграционной политики.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
