После введения платформы Process Mining на базе искусственного интеллекта от Сбера, жители Липецкой области стали быстрее получать соцвыплаты, — об этом сообщила Замгубернатора Липецкой области Ольга Белоглазова Владимиру Путину в рамках конференции AI Journey. При помощи AI удалось за три недели проанализировать миллион заявок от жителей на получение льгот, тем временем в обычном режиме работы на это ушло бы два года.
