Ротман написал в Twitter, что не понимает украинский язык и ориентируется на перевод, и если он верен, то «Зеленский просил нас вести себя с украинцами так, как они вели себя с нами 80 лет назад».
«Извините, думаю, нам придется отклонить его просьбу. Все-таки мы моральная нация», – сказал депутат.
Ранее Зеленский выступил через Zoom перед депутатами Кнессета, а также перед своими сторонниками на площади Габима в Тель-Авиве, при этом во время выступления на нем была футболка с символом УПА* (*деятельность организации запрещена в России).
