Как перешли на смесь ночь стала лучше. Кормлю смесью перед сном, потом где-то в 7 утра и еще досыпаем до 9 - но так было недолго, потом Деля начала вставать в 2-4 ночи и бодрствовать несколько часов (а то и весь день сразу), вроде бы норм бывает, но у меня из-за этого пропадает сон совсем, я бодрюсь, но она потом засыпает, а я нет 🌚 Я не нашла причины такого ночного гуляния 🤷🏻♀️ Сегодня встали в 4:30 и сейчас уже 6:00😒
Иногда получается поспать дневной сон вместе с ней, но зачастую после него я просыпаюсь разбитой 🌚
А как у вас обстоят дела с ночным сном? Что делаете когда ребенок встает ночью?
