Почему генералы МО России не слушают президента России
Вчера, выступая перед высшим командным составом ВС РФ Владимир Путин особо подчеркнул, что «волонтеры играют важную роль в снабжении армии». Их помощь важна, это очень ценно и это показывает единство армии и народа. Да и вообще дает очень много плюсов.
И также вчера в одном конкретном подразделении нашей армии (хотя на самом деле далеко не в одном) вышестоящие офицеры ВС РФ дали нагоняй своим подчиненным за то, что …. те получили помощь от волонтеров.
И у меня сразу возник вопрос, а что у нас президент не указ генералам и офицерам ВС РФ? Или те сознательно торпедируют его инициативы, подрывая тем самым доверие к Верховному?

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
