👉А п 17.17 ст 18 ч.1 введённый 340- ФЗ от 24.07.2023 говорит об обратном!
То есть получается, что на данном этапе ЦБ определил "0" значение платы участником (коммерческим банком) с пользователя (физ лицо). А через год например Набиулина проснется утром и решит-« все хватит халявы для простолюдин!», созовет совет директоров и они определят другой размер платы, взимаемой с пользователей платформы!
