"Брат заявил о понесенных нравственных страданиях, ухудшении здоровья, потере работоспособности в результате трагического события. Родители погибшей отказались от взысканий в пользу истца. В иске заявлены также понесенные расходы по оплате юридических услуг в рамках уголовного дела", – сообщили детали в суде.
С ответчика взысканы понесенные по уголовному делу расходы в размере 6 877 672 тенге и компенсация морального вреда в сумме 10 млн тенге, – сообщили в суде.
