Работодатель выплатил ему выходное пособие в размере среднего месячного заработка, при этом от выплаты среднего заработка за второй-шестой месяцы со дня увольнения отказался – как раз из-за наличия у Сергеева работы по совместительству. В нижестоящих судах добиться справедливости Сергеев не смог.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
