Во время фестиваля работала творческая лаборатория с лекциями и мастер-классами. Фестиваль и премию на берегах Волги посетил его президент - народный артист России Максим Дунаевский.

На самом деле, и наш фестиваль, и премия приложили к этому руку, чтобы у театров была мотивация идти вперед. Театральная волна катится рекой Волгой, Самара, несомненно - один из первых театральных городов нашей страны. Здесь ставят замечательные спектакли", - отметил он.
