Он привлекает не только москвичей, но и множество гостей столицы. А мое внимание вчера привлекли эти кучи мусора на набережной. Такое "уникальное" соседство с живой природой однозначно омрачает настроение всех прогуливающихся по набережной.

Переполненные урны явно "кричат" о недочетах в графике уборок коммунальных служб. Чиновники с таким "лицом" готовы встречать гостей и жителей Москвы?
