По прогнозам Минфина, по итогам месяца бюджет может получить более 279 млрд дополнительных нефтегазовых доходов. Падение экспорта ресурсов в Индию и Китай власти уравновешивают, к примеру, сокращением добычи нефти, что повышает цены на мировом рынке.
Да, вслед за этим топливо дорожает и внутри страны, а у аграриев нет солярки на сбор урожая, но кого это волнует, правда? Разве что Путин выразит озабоченность в 23-ий раз (по разу на каждый год правления).

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
