Следственные органы завершили проверку уголовного дела в отношении двух руководителей Красноярского алюминиевого завода (КрАЗ), обвиняемых в получении взяток в особо крупном размере. Их действия квалифицированы по статье 204 УК РФ, часть 8, что предусматривает до 12 лет лишения свободы.
С 2017 года по июнь 2022 года двое руководителей московской компании "Экораф" передали денежные средства трем представителям КрАЗ. Следствие считает, что взятки обеспечили успешное прохождение испытаний и аттестации продукции компании для поставок на завод. Суммы взяток составили: 2,2 миллиона рублей, 6,2 миллиона и 7,7 миллиона рублей.
Сотрудники "Экораф" и два посредника были освобождены от уголовной ответственности в связи с сотрудничеством со следствием. Дело иллюстрирует масштабы коррупции в промышленности в России.
