Повторный отбор по строительству новой генерации на юго-востоке Сибири оказался удачнее предыдущего, на котором не удалось разыграть около 700 МВт из-за слишком низкого заявленного CAPEX проектов.
На новом конкурсе отобрали проекты на строительство 780 МВт:
◾️Два энергоблока на Харанорской ГРЭС "Интер РАО";
◾️Энергоблок на Иркутской ТЭЦ En+;
◾️Энергоблок на Улан-Удэнской ТЭЦ-2 ТГК-14.
Оценочно совокупный CAPEX этих проектов превысит 460 млрд рублей.
Это должно решить проблему с энергодефицитом в Сибири. "Системный оператор" прогнозирует его в 2024-2029 гг на уровне 1,23 ГВт.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
