"По мобилизации я тут, честно говоря, испытываю трудности с пониманием, почему вы задаете эти вопросы. Никто об этом нигде не говорит, я этого нигде не видел и не слышал".
Это уже такие фоновые слухи... Они ходят и ходят. В принципе можно опровергать каждый день. Украинская пропаганда, которая это вкидывает, оригинальностью не отличается. В реальности же никто не собирается менять правовой статус происходящего, соответственно, и объявлять мобилизацию.

"For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
