5 сентября 42-летний житель Курска зашел в магазин на улице Хуторской с автоматом Калашникова, взял три бутылки пива и пообещал заплатить позже.
На требование продавцов оплатить товар сразу он ответил выстрелом в воздух и покинул магазин с пивом на сумму 209 рублей. Оружие оказалось не боевым и предназначалось для имитации выстрелов светозвуковыми патронами.
В итоге мужчину осудили за разбой. Суд учел наличие у подсудимого четверых несовершеннолетних детей и приговорил его к году принудительных работ с удержанием десяти процентов от заработной платы.
