При этом кухни и отдельного санузла у них нет, пользоваться приходится общими удобствами, которые делят еще 23 семьи. Кроме того, женщина и ее старшая дочь перенесли операции, а доход семьи ниже прожиточного минимума.
Суд встал на сторону истца и признал ее семью нуждающейся в жилье. Теперь они официально включены в список очередников.
