Канцелярия ⚖️ Суда ЕС 🇪🇺 опубликовала информацию о том, что двое 🇷🇺 российских лиц подали апелляции на отказы суда снять санкции.
1️⃣ Андрей Козицын – дело зарегистрировано за № С-795/24 Р. Отметим, что 18 сентября ⚖️ Суд ЕС 🇪🇺 вынес решение об отказе отменить НПА ЕС о первичном включении в санкционный список.
2️⃣ Игорь Кесаев - делу по апелляционной жалобе присвоен № C-793/24 P. Обжалуется отказ⚖️ Суда ЕС 🇪🇺 аннулировать НПА ЕС о санкциях от 4 сентября по делу T-290/22.
