Совет Федерации одобрил поправки к законам о службе в ОВД, противопожарной службе и уголовно-исполнительной системе. В эти ведомства дадут возможность поступить на службу гражданам с судимостью по уголовным делам частного обвинения, погашенной из-за деятельного раскаяния. При этом уголовное преследование должно быть прекращено не менее чем за 3 года до дня поступления на службу.
