Региональный истеблишмент завершает новогодние каникулы и 14 января поспешит в Госсовет, чтобы принять участие в сессии парламента с одним вопросом — докладом главы Удмуртии «О положении в республике», это основное подведение итогов года от первого лица республиканской власти.
Обычно такие отчёты ставят в план на последние числа завершающегося года. Так и было, но уже назначенный на 24 декабря отчёт неожиданно перенесли на январь.
Это случилось второй раз за годы руководства регионом: в январе Александр Бречалов подводил итоги лишь за 2023 год (16 января прошлого года).
В декабре глава отчитывался шесть раз: ▫️ 20 декабря 2022 года, ▫️ 21 декабря 2021 года, ▫️ 24 декабря 2020 года, ▫️ 17 декабря 2019 года, ▫️ 25 декабря 2018 года, ▫️ 25 декабря 2017 года.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
