The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.

残障人士遭遇的障碍不是他们自己的个人问题，而通过预防治疗去符合主流与正常的定义这种个人解决思路，不仅不能让社会更包容更人性化，反而导致残障人士自卑低自尊。在态度和环境障碍相互作用存在的情况下，提供合理便利是全社会需要一同去解决的问题，残障人士应当理直气壮地要求这种权利和便利，去定义一个无障碍的社会。
